ACADEMY TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 15, 2026

Welcome to Rhythm Theory Academy. These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines, rules, and billing agreements for all classes, workshops, and enrollment procedures for our programs in Guitar, Keyboard, Drums, Percussion, and Dance.

1. Admissions and Class Registration

Student registration requires a completed admissions application and direct coordination with an academy counselor. Admission is subject to teacher availability and student assessment reviews. Programs are structured for levels L1 through L8.

2. Fee Structures & Payments

Academy programs run on a structured fee outline. The specific terms are:

  • Monthly Tuition: Fees are payable in advance on or before the 5th of each calendar month.
  • Class Packs & Session Allotments: Standard registration includes 2 sessions per week (each 60 minutes). Session allocations expire at the end of the monthly billing period.
  • Late Payments: Late payments beyond the 10th of the month are subject to a grace period suspension of classes until accounts are updated.

3. Attendance & Class Cancellations

Active coordinate training relies on steady attendance. Please observe our cancellation guidelines:

  • Prior Notice: Students must notify academy coordinators at least 24 hours in advance if they will miss a scheduled session.
  • Make-up Sessions: In case of timely notification, one (1) make-up session can be scheduled per calendar month, subject to instructor availability.
  • No-Shows: Sessions missed without 24-hour notice are forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Code of Conduct & Equipment Care

Students must behave respectfully towards instructors, staff, and peers. Instruments and facilities must be handled with appropriate care. Students are responsible for maintaining and tuning their personal practice instruments (such as acoustic guitars or drum sticks).

5. Waiver of Liability

By participating in music and dance training at Rhythm Theory Academy, students and their guardians acknowledge that creative movement and physical training involve inherent activity. The academy, its instructors, and founder Tejas Rajput are not liable for accidental injuries sustained during training, recitals, or studio jam sessions.

6. Termination of Enrollment

Students may request withdrawal from academy classes by providing at least 15 days written notice before the next monthly billing cycle starts. Tuition paid for active months is non-refundable.
